I cannot have asked for a better experience in what could have been very traumatic circumstances. My nurse Francesca was able to keep me smiling ahead of the procedure and she had such an amazing caring attitude that she not only put me at ease she made me laugh and was extremely supportive with absolutely no judgement at all. I never would have imagined this to have been a positive experience but can honestly say from the minute I arrived that is what it has been. I will be eternally grateful to all of the staff who acted with care and professionalism that exceeded expectations. Thank you to everyone from the bottom of my heart and I wish you all a happy and fulfilled life from the receptionist to the surgeon. Thank you.

The assessment team was great and supportive and professional. The team at the ward much less so. With the exception of nurse [name removed], who was very caring and considerate.

All good in the way that I have treated
The only improvement that I would recommend is to mention when the treatment is going to be carried out. After the pills the nurse made me rush and said I was the next and doctors were wait for me.
I felt extremely agitated and lost my senses in the corridor.
